Cost per individual session: 

   

$160.00*                     

 

Cost per family or couple’s session:

 

$185.00*

* Sessions are 45-minutes long. Extended session available upon request.  Extended sessions can be great for couple's work and EMDR

 

Your fee will be discussed and established when we schedule your first session. Discounted rates are offered to fellow professionals and trainees.

INSURANCE​

 

​I am an in-network provider with the Lyra EAP. For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO plan, therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

​

Coverage for out-of-network services varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to determine whether reimbursement is available and what portion may be covered. If your plan does offer out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide monthly superbills upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account Cards.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

​

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 fee.
